Just a quick post today, as it's Valentine's and all; so I thought I'd feature a special Valentine's product - the cult Illamasqua Raindrops nail polish (£13.50) from their Broken Heart Valentine's collection. I forgot to take a proper picture, so here's a shot of the bottle from my Instagram (@seonaidbee).
It's gorgeous! So worth the hype, in my opinion. Like all my Illamasqua polishes, it's smooth, self-levelling and long-wearing. The colour is a sheer, light grey with a jelly finish and subtle silver shimmer dispersed throughout. I like to use three coats, like in the far-right swatch above, or layer it over a grey or blue as a topcoat.
It's a very pretty, soft colour that is described perfectly by it's name. I love it! What do you think?
