FOTD: Wedding Makeup Trial at Dior

Hey everyone!
Don't freak out at the title - I am not the one getting married! It's my mum's wedding in...oh 30-ish days, and today she and I went to go and trial our wedding makeup. She is getting hers done at Chanel, and I am getting mine done at Dior, as you may have guessed from the title.
I was a little wary of getting my makeup done, worried that it would look like loads of makeup, or that I'd come out with super thick foundation. But after I explained to the makeup artist that I just wanted something simple and natural, she did the best job! I really love it, the foundation is light and water-based, the eyes are simple, the blush was amazing as it changed to fit my skin, and the lipstick isn't too bold, as I didn't want anything that would be obvious when it rubbed off.
I was going to take a photo of my mum's makeup too but she hates having her photo taken and I don't want to invade her privacy! So here's mine. What do you think? I'll list the products used underneath.

The one thing I noticed right away is that I need to get my eyebrows done!
Other than that I really like it. Here's what the MUA used:

Face
Diorskin Nude Fluide Foundation in Ivory
Diorskin Nude Concealer in Ivory
Diorskin Rosy Glow Healthy Glow Awakening Blush in 001 Petal

Eyes
Dior 5 Couleurs Lift in Ivory
Dior Crayon Kohl in Black
Diorshow New Look Mascara

Lips
Dior Addict Lipstick in 530 Bobo

The price of the makeup trial was a 2 product minimum purchase. I'll be reviewing the two products I got over the next few days but until then, can you guess what I got?

    1. Thank you! I know - I did think it might be slightly too subtle when I saw it photographed! However, at least it means I won't have to do many touchups throughout the day, and since my dress is bright, I didn't want anything to clash.

  7. Looks so natural! I think it's perfect, sometimes when you have photos taken you look back and look as if you were caked in make up and regret it. Really beautiful :) x

    1. My thoughts exactly - I didn't want to look back on wedding photos in a couple of years and think I looked terribly dated! Haha! Thank you so much! :)
